Cancellation Policy

To provide the best scheduling for all families, I kindly ask for at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule a tutoring session. Cancellations made with 24 hour notice can be rescheduled at no cost, based on availability. Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice or missed without notice will be charged a full session.
